Student needs help with unity Errors Monobehaviour/script loading

SOLVED Hi, I am a college student and normally I am able to figure this out by searching through forums like these and finding the answer, but right now I am at my last resort. My professor is somewhat of a loss as well since Unity went through changes since last year.

Errors I get are; 1. No MonoBehaviour scripts in the file, or their names do no match the file name.
I have made sure that he File name and class name are the same.
2. The associated script can not be loaded. Please Fix compile errors and assign a valid script.
Unity keeps updating so I am not sure if that could be a reason why. I just updated C# too right after getting these errors.

This is the main script that I want to at least get to work. I have changed its name and file name once before to match each other but that still did not work. If you need more information please let me know. Any help would be much appreciated.

To be clear, you’re not seeing any errors in the Unity console, aside from the two you listed here?

Actually I am, sorry.

Assets\FirstPersonCharacter\Scripts\HeadBob.cs(3,27): error CS0234: The type or namespace name ‘Utility’ does not exist in the namespace ‘UnityStandardAssets’ (are you missing an assembly reference?)

That one ^ Along with 14 other errors in the console that are similar with a different namespace name.

****Edit: I think I have solved that one. I have search in finder for the folders and dragging them to the asset box.

Eh i think its Lerp.ControlledBob (I dont know for sure)

I figured it out! I transferred all files from the finder that were showing as the 14 errors to the project asset box. Then tweaked the Utility scripts and changed GUI text to UI text and added semicolons in the right areas. Wow I am so relieved. My character is finally walking. Thank you all still for your quick responses.
