Hopeless is a project by me (Kristoffer Rørnes (15))
Earlier I have created some demo’s but now I want to create a game I can publish on Desura and also post to the Stutalk contest.

What is the game going to be about?
The game is a Zombie survival game. Get parts, build stuff. Buy weapons from the ‘Army box’ etc.

Isn’t that just like Cod zombies. Building stuff and a rip of Mystery Box? :face_with_spiral_eyes:
Well, yes it is. But since I am not a professional, and this is the first game I will complete. I don’t have big dreams on this game.:!:

It is mainly a game for experience. Learning the workflow with rigging, Scripting AI etc.
All builds until full version, will be out on SourceForge.net (Link soon to come…)
I will sell the game for 1-10$ (Depending on what I personally think about it)


M4. Metal and plastic. I will improve the textures till the full game.

I agree, change the name. Your character should be hopeful that he can kick some ass with his M4. Good luck!

I immediatly made a connection between “student project” and “hopeless” lol

I wouldn’t focus to much on releasing yet, as any disappointments may give you a, well, hopeless feeling… Though your primary goals seem very reasonable and I would stick to them, regardless of what people think/say :wink: Your first project probably won’t turn out to be the best after all (and that counts for almost everyone)
