Hey All,
First time this happened. When building the APK to quest 2, when playing it changed the height to a much lower right and all the in game assets were loading late and patchy.
This has never happened before with builds.
Looks like it’s effecting all levels so the entire game.
The game runs fine when testing in Unity via airline.
Anyone have any thoughts what is happening and how to fix?
After so many prior builds working just fine I’m totally stumped on what it could be.
When running the APK the height of the player is much lower to the ground and all the environmental assets are loading slow and late. The enemies spawned fine. First time that it’s happened when building APK. I haven’t updated the xr and stuff like that like you said. Trying to find how to do those updates and If there is anything to be updated

Looks like our Engineer updated the XR I think the plug this past weekend and we are thinking updating is the reason it broke the build. Maybe because our version of Unity isn’t compatible with it or we didn’t update other necessary things along with it. We are gonna try to revert it back to the previous version and see if that fixes it.
Seems like the only logical reason tho why everything broke within the game.
Instead of reverting one part, maybe upgrade the rest so you are more future proof.
(For small projects if it works it works, but long term updating is better than downgrading)
