Submitted bugs are duplicated in fogbugz?!

Some of my bug reports are being duplicated in fogbugz, some of them up to 6 times, is this a know issue?

I’d be reporting bugs still anyway, I always do but is worrying if they get duplicated

I’ve had this happen to me in past (same bug report got two ID’s right next to each others) but it never happened more than once for me.
