Subnautica underwater effect

I’m trying to reproduce the Subnautica underwater effect.

My first thoughts where to use a post processing volume to make the depth fog but I’m not sure if that’s the best solution. I also feel like there is some kind of dust floating around.

I would appreciate any help on how I can reproduce a similar effect.

For dust particles, use a particle system. I’m not sure what other effect you’re after.
