Subscriptions

does anyone know how to correct this?

I have several subscriptions for my company that the credit card expired for. I wasn’t notified of the expiration and in honesty forgot, we then got a collection agency saying that we owed money and we paid it. I then sent over 10 requests to get the accounts back activated or closed and the unity support (particularly John) just ignores you even with a support ticket.

So I had some subscriptions saying they were at a collections agency even hough they had been paid and other subscriptions saying that we owed money/with collection. I have now got emails again saying that we owe money??

Anyone any ideas as unity support just ignores you

Good afternoon. I took a trial period on training materials and never used them. I’ve already been charged 2 times for a service that I don’t even use. I want my money back and I want to delete subscriptions. Please help me.
