subtitles disappeared from https://learn.unity.com/. A few ago i could open any video course and enable english subtitles. Now i can’t find subtitles button on vieos, uploaded on unity site hosting. I tried using chrome and firefox, no difference.
There are no problems on videos that are uploaded to YouTube.
It isn’t all videos as I was just watching some yesterday and they had subtitles. (I kept having to turn them off on every. single. video. each. time.) Videos I watched earlier this month in another section were doing the same thing.
I would suggest posting in the Learn section of the forum with the specific list of videos you are having trouble with, your browser and other info, and see what people there can tell you.
the problem went away by itself. I don’t know what happened, but after a few days the subtitles started showing up.
