"Successfully compiled files" error PLEASE HELP !!

Okay so recently i found a download of unity pro for free. With my blissfully ignorant young mind i downloaded it with high hopes. It worked fine but a friend told me it was probably illegal. So to be safe i reverted the licence back to the free. (this could be coincidence that the error started after that but i thought it was worth mentioning)

After i did that i started getting this error saying:

Internal compiler error. See the console log for more information. output was:Successfully compiled ‘7’ file(s) to ‘C:\Users\Tristan\Documents\Physics\Temp\Assembly-UnityScript.dll’.

(the “7” was the amount of scripts i had in the project) I tried making a new project but when i made new scripts I kept getting the same error. I tried re-installing unity and it would work for like a day but then same error would start again. I even tried deleting all unity files out of my program files and re-installing it again with still no luck.

I’m really confused because the error is that the files were “successfully” compiled, and I honestly don’t understand how files being successfully compiled would cause an error…

I looked extensively on google but couldn’t find anyone that posted a similar problem.

Any and all help is appreciated!

I resolved this problem. just delete ‘Temp\Assembly-UnityScript.dll’ file.
