suggestion for time zone settings in user profile on unity site

Not sure where else to post this, but in the timezone settings in the user profile settings on the unity site it would be very helpful if you could put the GMT next to each option ( +1, +2. -1, -2 etc). I had absolutely no clear idea of what to choose for my time zone setting.
