Can I superimpose a second camera? Its for a “dream like” effect, I DONT mean picture in picture I mean visually mixing 2 video sources into one?

Yes you can. Arrange for one of the cameras to render to a render texture. Then write a shader that combines the render texture with the texture from the main camera. The Image Effects scripts will give you a good starting point.
