Support of Custom TimeScale per entity and per chunk

Do Unity have plans to support per chunk and/or per entity TimeScale as core feature so users can build time manipulating tools apon it?

Additional code needed for enabling Per chunk or per entity time scale logic can be enabled through Project Defines on per project basis so it will not harm performance when not used

Probably not, folks who need this sort of functionality will have to roll their own using chunk/entity specific data.
