SWF file that U3D generated can't be converted to exe file

Hi there,

U3D generates too big exe file by default. I am thinking a way to generate small exe file: building flash SWF file, then use some third-party tool to convert to exe file.

However, I found that the SWF file generated by u3d can’t be converted to exe file. I am using Flash CS4 for conversion.

Any suggestion on how to convert SWF file generated by u3d to EXE file?

Why do you go form

Unity → Flash → windows application(.exe)?

Why do you not just make a windows application right out of unity?

By what standard, 1995? It’s not that big really; nobody cares about a few MB, particularly since most games’ assets will be far, far larger than the actual exe. Flash has various limitations and is not supported anymore, so even if what you’re asking for was possible it would be inadvisable.
