Sword handle (blender model) in wrong Loc Rot and Scale

So I found a thread that said to make sure your Normals and Transforms are applied before saving a file out to unity, so I did all of that, I think with CTRL+A and then applying transform, location, Rot&Scale.

That fixed a few problems on my model but my swords handle, handle guard and gem tip always end up warped a few meters away from my character.

Forum looks different since last time made thread hope this is appropriate location.

Are there multiple objects in your blender file? Did you apply the transforms for each object?

yes, yes

Well I came up with a temporary solution just need to make a UV for the sword and join the pieces. I had the blade parented to the Hand bone and the handle gem and hand guard parented to the blade maybe that is the problem?
