Sync VisualStudio Project

Hi all

I have Unity3d 2.6 and VisualStudio 2008
When i go to Assets>Sync VisualStudio Project
nothing happens ?!!
any suggestion please

Are you certain nothing happens? Have you checked the modification time-stamps on the VS solution/project files?
