Sysroot Preview package installed by default?

So I create a new project in 2019.4.21f1 and after configuring some items (linear space) in the Project automagically said it had preview packages installed.

after looking in the package manager i found that it had installed “Sysroot Base”, “Sysroot Linux x64” and “Toolchain Win Linux x64”.

is this happening to some of you too?

Yeah it was pretty aggravating. I just now went and tried to sort it out, and there’s a setting under Project Settings/Toolchain Management that you can uncheck, and then remove it using Package Manager if it got in there already.
