Anyone know what the issue could be? I always get this error. Thanks!

Could you provide some code? For example, what is happening in SpaceNavigatorWindow’s constructor?

I know this is an older thread, but the solution that worked for me is if you have the SpaceNavigator Driver installed from the Asset Store (indicated by “SpaceNavigatorDriver” in the call stack), make sure the actual drivers are installed for the SpaceNavigator (found at 3DxWare 10 Archives - 3Dconnexion IE)
