I want to add a new tag, but the documentation is maddeningly circular. The tag manager page links to the What Is A Tag? page. The What is A Tag? page tells me to open the tag manager and then refers me back to the tag manager page. Neither actually explains what to do once I have the tag manager open! Any help please?

Open the tag manager, click on the tags tab, click on the bottom tag holder in the list, type in the tag, hit enter.
