Take a photo how to add the date watermark

I use WebCamTexture to invoke webcam.
I use a UI.RawImage to display it. ( rawImage.texture = webCamTexture; )

I use Texture2D.EncodeToPNG() to save it to png.

Now I want to add a date watermark.

How should I do. please be specific. I am a beginner.
