No. Go do some tutorials.
This is covered already in the learn section of unity in any tutorial covering camera work (its just a side view camera following the players, you could use cinemachine to do this too), so please try that section of the website before outright asking for someone to do the work for you.

Literally any of the tutorials at https://unity3d.com/learn/tutorials will show you cameras. From there the rest is pretty self explanatory, as long as you have done some of them.
Have you actually done any of the tutorials yet from beginning to end?
