Terrain doesnt show my PostProcessing Effect - the sky does show the pp effect but the terrain doesnt

my Terrain doesnt show my PostProcessing Effect - the sky does show the pp effect but the terrain doesnt.
I dont know how to fix it. I also need to see the pp effect on the terrain (trees, ground, gras)
