Terrain excluded from bake because terrain hole texture is dirty

When painting terrain holes, if your lighting settings have Mixed Lighting turned OFF and AutoGenerate is ON, you will recieve the warning message in the title and your terrain textures will mess up.

Seems to happen if Realtime Global Illumination is on as well.

Console gets spammed with Terrain excluded from bake because terrain hole texture is dirty. Make sure that you have called terrainData.SyncTexture(TerrainData.HolesTextureName)
