Terrain has invisible holes in it.

The terrain in our game appears to have holes in it in certain areas looking in certain directions. Like say standing near a hill, when looking at the hill the right side of it has large missing squares.

Anyone else have this issue or know how to fix it?

Try reducing the camera minimum distance. If it is non-zero then when the camera is near the terrain it will get “clipped”.

Essentially, your camera may be getting too near the terrain, and so not rendering it. (Remember, terrains are invisible from below/behind)
