Terrain Layer Problem

Hello Community, I have a problem with the Terrain Layers and I have no idea why. My first 4 layers work without problems. now i have added a new layer and painted it on the terrain. And now the problem (see picture) should be noticed immediately. I also copied one of the working layers, unfortunately I get the same result. someone knows why that could be. I can only use a maximum of 4 layers from layer 5 onwards the following happens as shown in the picture. I use Universal Render Pipline it’s an Oculus VR project. someone knows why that can be.

Hi, did you find a solution? The issue is still there, Unity 2022 URP! This bug is been there for a while now, hello Unity???!!!
