terrain shader

I have applied a base texture to the terrain and have applied that same texture to one of my own poly meshes. The same texture appears much lighter in value than on the mesh. Is that to do with the terrain shader? Do I have access to any of the terrain shader attributes? I guess I can just make a darker version of the texture for the terrain, but I’m not sure if that’s my only option to get them to appear similar to each other?

The Terrain Material’s brightness is set to 100% while the default Main Color brightness of imported materials I think comes in at 80% (this is what I usually get from Maya anyway). To match everything to the Terrain you’ll have to play with the brightness of all the other Materials used in the scene.

that gets me a little closer, but it’s still a little off. I put the mesh material brightness to 100%, but it’s still a little darker than the terrain. I’ll find a way around it, but I with there was some adjustments that could be made to the terrain shader itself.
