Terrain Size

This is our terrain size using the Targetware engine.

For a WWII bomber campaign we’d need the same in unity…
Can this be achieved ?

Hand painting the ecology is also likely to be a turn-off… any help on this ?
Does unity tech foresee other methods for large terrain builders ?

It can definitely be achieved, but there’s no plug-n-play solution at the moment. As nifty as the 2.0 terrain engine is, it’s not really oriented toward such things. A custom terrain engine can certainly be written, though, using some kind of procedural vegetation layout.
