Hi, I don’t know why, but the reverse brush option disappeared from the Terrain Tool Brush options:
So I can’t use shift to reverse the brush and dig instead of raise the terrain.
Any suggestions?

Terrain cannot go below 0. Can you lower terrain after raising it by holding CTRL while clicking?
Yes, but before I was able to inset the terrain, basically reverting the brush to dig instead of raise the terrain. It’s in the manual, too:
