Terrain trees are black in build

I am trying to make a pc build.
Any nature material on tree prefab give same results.
With baked navmesh all trees on terrain become black in the build.

what the hell ?

Web build. I love it so much when basic things does not work. Thanks, Unity !

You have any luck with this eventually? I’m running a newer version of Unity which is causing builds to create black trees. I’ve built it over a hundred times with all different sorts of settings. Just once it worked. I’ve been unable to redo it a second time.

I see that manually placing trees does not cause this error. Only does using the terrain tree route seem to create this mess. Any help is appreciated.
