Terrain trees keep laying down

I’m importing a custom tree to scatter them on the terrain, i use Y-up 2010 and 2012 3ds max fbx exporter (the tree is resetXformed), when I drag the tree to my level, it stands correctly but when I add it to the terrain tree section and paint it all the trees lay down like this:

it’s weird cos the other trees are fine, please help me :hushed:

In 3ds Max make the tree actually point up in Y and export that.
