Test game on switch?

i made a game for my best friend’s birthday and i want him to play it on the switch.

is there a way to move the game files to the switch via usb(type - C) or just move it to there somehow in general?

i want him to play it there on tv, and i can’t find any way other than creating a developer account on nintendo and uploading to eshop for everyone to play.

even when its a serious game, how do we “Test” the game on the switch/consoles?

The only legitimate way to do it is create a developer account with Nintendo. I’m sure there’s a way to make a developer build and test it on a limited number of devices before publishing it on the eShop.
