I has build the project from Unity for iOS. the ipa file is about 34MB，then i archive it and upload it to the App Store, go to iTunes Connect → My App → Activity Tab, the “Compressed File Size” is about 34MB. and the “App Store File Sizes” for different devices is about 38MB.
But the TestFlight App download size is about 130MB, about 4 times larger then the ipa size. Is that normal ?
I had ask “Apple Developer Technical Support” for help. and he reply to me, he was actually not sure why the larger size show by TestFlight. his guess is that’s it’s listing the final install size for the uncompressed IPA, possibly for an un-thinned build.
but he was sure that “App Store File Sizes” listed in iTunes Connect show exactly what will happen in the App Store (about 38MB users will download from App Store in future).
