Text from pre-recorded audio file

Hi all,
I’m creating a project that revolves around dialogues and have hit a wall.
I’ve managed pretty easly to create a direct Speech to Text system using the Windows.Speech library. Now, I need to do the same but with pre-recorded audio files.
Is there an asset/library that does that? Or maybe a way to turn an audio file into voice input so that it can be processed by Windows.Speech?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

[I’m using Unity 2018.3.11f1]

if nothing else comes up,
could try some of those online services (text to speech), pretty sure some have api’s to upload audio files.

lol dude there are sites which can help you with transcriptions, aren’t there? Once I decided to make simple game for my friend on the anniversary of friendship. The problem was that he is a Korean fan, so I wanted to make game in Korean. Founding a guy who could voice game was simpler, that to found a person, who can create foreign subtitles. Why that guy didn’t want to make subtitles? Just he had no time for it, lol. So I started to surfing in internet, trying to find the best and not so expensive solution. Finally, luck was on my side I found site with transcription services review where I could read review and decide by myself which service is more comfortable for me. With comfy pricing calculator and several transcription options I ordered my transcription and got the finished work in a day. Choosing such a site, you have more time left to solve other problems, in any case I wish you good luck and make the right choice, bro!
