Does anyone know a free text to speech that is FREE and for Commercial use ? (I’m having a hard time with this, and I use Google!!) 
LOL I program I was working on for the State Guard I had to program TTS in it, however, I had to make the computer understand it’s own dictionary and speak out proper to the users questions or comments.
Like if you asked it how it’s day was doing (Vocally) depending on the programs mood it would choose random sets of words that would properly answer the question.
Like it may say, It is good, how about yours?
It may say “It stinks, but could be worse”
You never now what it will say, but it will always properly answer your comment or question.
