Texture Format "Truecolor" performance

Hi,

I noticed that my textures look awful in Compressed and 16 bit mode, so I ended up using Truecolor. Are there any performance drawbacks?

I have 20+ 2k sprite sheets and will add more.

Update:

My game should run on mobile devices as well.

I think it will only effetc the project size.

Dont really worry about this,modern GPU cards dont even feel the difference between 16 and 32 bit colors.
