Texture gets blurred @ Unity

Long story short --> made a model in 3dsmax --> mapped it with unwrapUVW modifier --> rendered it out using "Render UVW template" 1024 height&weight --> saved it as .png --> opened in photoshop --> added some tile floor texture

When I apply the material it is very "blurry".

Looks terrible. What have I done wrong?

I solved this by scaling up the UV floor map.
