Texture issue

Hi,

I’m currently working on a project with several trees in it.
I’ve created 2 Screenshots that display the problem.

The first image shows my trees in the Editor-View:

The second image shows the trees after zooming out:

The second image shows a strange behaviour.
Some pixels of my tree texture are blue and yellow when I zoom out.

Can somebody help me with this problem?

Well, are the trees sharing a texture with only tree on it?
Try to check your texture importer parameters too.

Hi Funshark,

I don’t know the answer, but I work with trees a lot too and I’m interested in everything about them. First of all, did you import these trees or make them in Tree Creator? If you made them in Tree Creator, you might want to check out this tutorial by Larsbertram and/or ask him on the associated forum. He might know.

If you’re using the tree creator I had the same issue and tried and tried to fix it with no luck. I think it’s a bug within Unity

Hi,

thank you all for your replies. I’ve created the trees with maya and I think, it’s a texture-problem.
I’ve tried several things, but with no success. Does somebody know, how to fix this problem?

Thanks

Can you post a screenshot of one of the leaves textures and the alpha channel?

Yep we need more details to help you.

Screens in Maya, screens of texture, Uvs…
How did you actually made it, etc.
