Texture on 3DGUI handles

Is it possible to draw handles texture on 3D view ?
Like this:

I want to replace the blue circles with the targets ( so that the targets are oriented and scaled as the disks are…)

Is this possible ? In the view, targets are drawn with Handles.Label. Therefore, there’s no positionning/orienting/scaling possible.
