Texture size

I have a texture of 4096x1024 pixels.
In the first scene I applied the same texture to a plane of 4096x1024.
In a second scene, I applied the same texture to a plane of 4,096 x1,024.
Because if the cameras are set to have the same view the second scene is very blurry compared to the first?
What is the best way to work with 2D image (like flash)?

It’s not very clear what problem you’re having, but disabling mipmaps in texture import settings might work.
