I would like to thank the ones who helped me to begin in unity.
I show you my beginning and training test. Tell me what could be missing.
Looks good. I would put in some actual gameplay earlier in the trailer.
That’s also a very distinctive character model. It doesn’t fit the scene, and it looks like it might violate IP laws. I would change it out as soon as practical.
Camera is too far in following the player. If the character violates some IP I’d be surprised, it’s that same old western ninja variant that being copied over and over again. Looks like Chernobyl, which is also a theme being copied over and over.
It does look technically decently put together with good assets which I think as a beginning what you are most interested in. I’d certainly continue building and learning on what you’ve done there.
Looks cool. Nice job.
Doesn’t look bad really. ![]()
It’s the free destroyed city asset which is fine for learning and testing ![]()
However an Assassin Creed character collecting Assassin Creed logos in not a good idea ![]()
Assasins Creed : Apocalypse lol
better use of AC character than AC
you now deserve rights for the character
If you’re learning the engine, I would actually strongly advise AGAINST using store-bought assets. They encourage “black box” thinking where you’re just dropping assets in and they just magically work without actually learning how they work and what they’re doing.
To my mind, the unity store should be used by experienced people who already know how this stuff works and just need some shortcuts to help them finish a project, fill a gap in their skill set or get some ideas on how to implement something.
Ah well, glad to see you’re having fun! ![]()
It seems like look took a little bit of learning and then did a lot with it.
Don’t be afraid to challenge yourself to learn more.
I think he’s trying to be candid, not mean.
Think we should be supportive. Although first thought was Assasins Creed lol hey everyone starts somewhere
good job.
