The amount of unpaid money decreased in several times and payout account is locked

Hello, I noticed that the amount of unpaid money decreased in 4x times.
Also, I see that “The account was blocked by a Tipalti operator.”
I wrote to support, but still without a response.
I am extremely worried about money which is missed. What happens? Maybe someone is faced with it.

I sent docs that was asked by tipalti and my account is fine now. But i didnt get payment of November earnings and this money gone from Unpaid Balance and no response from unity.

How long do you wait for a response from Unity?
When you entered your Tipalti account, you didn’t have any balance on it, right?

Tipalti requested some docs and reviewing them now, but Unity hasn’t answered me yet… Waiting for 2 days.

What do you mean as Tipalti account balance?
Currently its 5 days of waiting Unity response for my question.

I am not sure how it works, I thought Unity transferring money from their accounting system to Tipalti, so I guess you could have money on it.

I think no, its similar to Vungle, IronSource payout system.
Your money is under Unity, balances is under Unity and Tipalti make payouts only, without additional account.

i am also having issues with recieving payments from tipalti, and not getting any proper response from support team

Where do you see the message "“The account was blocked by a Tipalti operator.” ? I would like to check this on my side (I dont see any obvious messages) because I opened a ticket with Unity 23 days ago that is still open and not being actioned.

I’m having the same issue after changing company, I waited for over 2 weeks after talking to Yeshpal from Tipalti he says I need to contact Unity and I am trying to contact Unity with no answer, this is unbelievable. Tipalti is just asking me to contact Unity directly although they are the one who are handling the payments. Please get back to me!
