The animation in scene is different from the FBX preview!

I have created facial animation in Blender and exported the FBX file to the Unity.

When I check the .fbx in Unity it plays the correct animation in animation preview.

However, when I put the character prefab into the game scene, the animation is different.

Instead of full facial animation, it only moves the jaws up and down.

What is going on here? I tried almost everything.

I’m sorry but I am not a big expert in this area, so I’ll leave it to the other users to chime in to help. However, I think it would bring more clarity to your problem if you could demonstrate it in a video/gif, so that we can see how it fails.
