The best iAd plugin/extension

I am looking to the best iAd plugin/extension for iOS. My requirements:

  1. Run on Unity 3.4
  2. C# interface
  3. Work on both iPhone and iPad
  4. Easy to use
  5. Run on Xcode 4 on OS X Lion

I found the following so far:

  1. http://prime31.com/unity/, $15
  2. iAd Plugin by http://apps.studiohitori.com on Asset Store, $10
  3. Anything else?

It’d be great if you could give some advice.
