The Dead Walking shaders

I think that this shaders are awesome! But, I’m newbie in shaders, then, this awesome graphics can be made in Unity shaders? If yes, someone knows how?
This “cartoon” style would be great for some fantasy games.

The name is wrong, it was to be The Walking Dead. Sorry about that!

You know there is no special shader at work there. Its just good looking textures for the occasion.
You can get the same effect with already provided shaders but your artistic texturing skills will be tested.
