The effect is blacked out

Does anyone know why it comes out black like this?
In the project I’ve been working on, it comes out fine, but when I combine the project with the programming team, it comes out black like this.
Lowering the emission(brightness) makes it look less black, but I want to find a fundamental solution…

I tried to optimize within the effect, but it was useless.
It doesn’t come out black because the texture is overlapped.

project : 2021.3.25f1 , urp 3d project (But we use 2d Render instead of Universal Render Pipeline Asset_Render for distortion shader.)

I’m using an custom alpha blend shader. This is how the emission curve is. This seems to be happening in this type of curve. I reduced the figure from 20 to 10 and corrected the curve smoothly, and it got better.
