When I try to access unitys forum page I get that error. If I click login I get sent straight back to that page and deleting cookies and loging in again gets me back there aswell. I can log into the answers no problem (obviously) as well as the asset store. Can someone tell me what is happening?

Nearly the same issue here. Forums are complaining that my email must be unique and is already in use. Of course it is: by me!

Won’t let me log in to forums anymore. Answers, store and other services provided by the Unity webpage are working just fine.
