the face machine and unity

Hello, I made an animation in Maya using the face machine,
but, exporting the model, the animation in unity is not performed.
Why? Can someone help me? Thank you.

Face machine uses a custom solution to change the faces as opposed to bones or morphing. Unity only directly supports bone based animations with morphing and point cache solutions available in the asset store. For your animation to work you will need to either redo your animation using bones or blendshapes or export the animation as a point cache file such as .mdd and search the forum for a point cache animation system.
