The file "MemoryStream" is corrupted! unity 4.5

The file “MemoryStream” is corrupted! Remove it and launch unity again!
[Position out of bounds! 20 > 16]
UnityEditor.DockArea.OnGUI()

i got this message

right after i try to open scene, when i start the project again i can play the open scene and it works well, i saved the project in the same unity version as i am trying to open it

anybody knows how to fix this? looks like editor ui error

SOLVED:

it was broken prefab, i just used older one made the undone and everything works fine
