The hack continues... or is my pro and writer account lost for ever?

Hi Team,

  1. I tried to log in with my pro account but that fail.
    Clicked resend password and entered a completely new one.
    No chance to login or reenter a new password.
    The website told me the following:

  1. Login with my forum writer account fails too,
    and clicked on resend password it never arrived in to my mail box!!
    Checked spam, none income!

  2. The corius is that unity pro in PC works on the old login. Anyway I’m afraid to log out there.

Is someone of the team able to help?

Short update… my writer account works again.

But my pro unity account did not. This is strange. Makes me afraid that serials are stolen out of the unity database, because the login in UNITY must be verified with the account email-address register information.

If your pro account is not working the best course of action would be to contact support@unity3d.com. Regarding the “something went wrong” message we are aware of the issue.
