At the moment the scene is intended for playback on PC and VR (Rift/Vive). For mobile platforms i currently optimizing the scene for now, for the demonstration with several screenshots.
This looks cool well done on the release having watched the video I am guessing there is no player health or ammo /pick ups implement tempted to pick this up and see what I can do with it any chance of a demo to try and see how the player mechanics feels? Although I would think it would be pretty easy to swap out your player for something like TPC or even ufps .
So I just played the demo! things I have noticed are
wow you like the blur
you cant be killed
automatic reloading / unlimited ammo
the demo its self is fun to play the scene looks good
the first AI in the room wont attack you unless you shoot it
the player controller is ok
Overall I was going to buy this but at 85 euros I think its overpriced for what you get when you could buy a complete third person controller like invector etc for that
if you just want this for the scene then again you could buy Artur G models for less.
overall I think that its a fun asset but I also think it has out priced its self for a first release.
I will check back in a few months and see what is going on then .
Wow! Thanks for playing. I can’t agree with you. But the 5th point is so conceived according to the scenario.
Why 85 euros? just 69 eur)))
First you have to consider that this is the only open project on AssetStore, with comprehensive compatibility for PC\mobile and VR.
Secondly, well, you are right, developers can buy packs, assimilated animated characters, various kinds of code, but you did not take into account that it all needs to be linked together for interaction. You need to learn a lot of documentation for each asset, but here everything is already collected in one place, although I will add some new features in the next update.
Third, if we talk about quality, I always optimize projects for VR on popularity platforms, so that developers can conveniently launch their projects on all platforms. All that you described above, I believe that worthy of the price of $80, if the buyers have questions then I’m always ready to help, you are trying to encourage buyers to buy cheaper tools, but you’re forgot to take into account additional investments.
