You won’t being exporting IK solvers from Max with the model, if that’s what you’re getting at.
You may want to provide a bit more context to one sentence that sounds a little ambiguous.
What it probably means is that you can animate using IK and export that animation with no problems to a game engine (which wasn’t always the case - I think - but could be wrong - that way back (5 years+) - to animate for games you had to use FK exclusively).
