The new dashboard stops working immediately

When I open https://dashboard.unity3d.com/ with the latest Chrome on Windows 10 (1909), it shows this screen, and the loading does not end and finally it fails with Out of Memory. Completely unusable to me. Other dashboard pages seems to be the same.
(When I tried the new dashboard some weeks ago, it was behaving the same way.)

Yesterday, the old dashboard was working just fine.

After some minutes, the page shows out of memory error.

I also tried with my hobby account with Chrome’s secret window, but the situation seems to be the same.
I also tried with Edge browser but not so different (it shows “LOADING…” after the indicator). I also tried Safri on MacOS and it behaves samely.

What’s going? Could you let us use the old dashboard?

It looks like some people in japan reports similar problems on Twitter.

I think we are alpha testing it against our will

  • Interestingly, top right where your account is, has a button for ‘Return to Old Dashboard’ but it just brings you back to the same dashboard.
  • Sometimes I have to click refresh after navigating anywhere to get that portion to load.
  • This is not new, but clicking FULL LOG on a build by opening the dot menu in the History section brings to Compact section, instead of the full log section, so it is a pointless extra button at the moment.
  • Another less than new bug is the session timing out and having to refresh anyways because you’ll get “Unable to ”. Not an emergency issue but a pretty big nuisance as the way it is handled, the way it feels is pretty broken/unprofessional.

I may found a key reason of this problem.
When I set the browser’s default language to Japanese, the problem occurs and the dashboard is not usable.
But if I set the language to English, the site start working without problems.

To Unity dev team: please verify with Japanese (and other) language settings.

With your information, I could avoid the problem.
Thank you.

We have rolled back the dashboard deploy due to this issue and will ensure that this is resolved before deploying again.

Thank you! I verified that I can open the Cloud Build UI like before, and I can return to the old dashboard!

I have one more request before migrating to the new dashboard.
Please verify that the links in the Cloud Build pages can be opened with “Open in New Tab”. Because I always use “Open in New Tab” to avoid losing the scroll position in the Config page. And I also frequently use the feature in build history page to open build logs.
